About Charles Fine Art Portraits
Charles Fine Art Portraits is the creation of Charles Waugh, who has had careers in Fine Woodworking, Design Engineering, and now Fine Portraiture. Having had a love of art all his life, Charles has enjoyed many media including woodworking, ceramics, calligraphy, and drawing, as well as the rigors of Engineering.
Working with the most current software and hardware, and by continually pushing the bounds of what is accepted practice, he has developed two distinct styles that together allow him to address the needs of the full range of clients from elegantly formal to intimately casual.
He lives on 3 acres in the Boring area with his wife, Annie, as well as three dogs, two goats, and three cats.
